Study on Laser Rapid Prototyping Manufacturing Technology of High-temperature Parts

The technology of selective laser sintering rapid prototyping and the preparation of polymer-coated-Mo metal powder are introduced.The laser sintering process has been experimentally researched.Based on the experiment result,the best laser sintering parameters have been acquired.The post treatment process of prototyping parts has been developed,which is sintering framework-Mo by high temperature combining with copper impregnation method.High-temperature parts of a ballistic rocket's engine are manufactured.At last,the properties of Mo-Cu composite material have been test.
