Study of Choosing the Good Competitors Based on AHP

In many industries,the suitable competitors may strengthen the competitive position of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of good competitors,the necessity of the competitors and the characteristics of good competitors are discussed.Using the AHP to calculate the weight for each basic indicator,and based on the results,many competitors are screened and discrimined,the good competitors of the enterprise are choosed,this is good to guide the correct choice of competing enterprises,and deal with the relationship between competition and cooperation.
