Analysis of 180 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with emergency endoscopic

Objective: To explore the effect of upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with emergency endoscopy. Methods: 180 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosed by emergency gastroscopy were randomly divided into control group and endoscopic treatment group.The control group was treated by traditional medical therapy, the endoscopic treatment group was treated by ligrtion, spraying and drug injection, metal titanium clips. Results: After treatment, for control group, the effective rate of stopping bleeding was 76.25%, and that of the endoscopic treatment group was 95.00%, the effect of endoscopic group was better than that of control group significantly, P0.05.The rate of rebleeding and surgery was lower than that of the control group significantly. Conclusion: The treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding with emergency endoscopic hemostasis has good effect and low risk. It is worthy of spreading.
