A novel intermediate of Cephalosporins D-7-ACA

Objective:The characters,properties and applications of D-7-ACA,a novel intermediate of cephalosporins,were studied. Methods:The applications in synthetic cephalosporin antibiotics for the intermediate D-7-ACA were summarized. Results:As an intermediate of semi-synthetic cephalosporin antibiotics,D-7-ACA can be used to synthesize cephalosporin antibiotics in a simplified procedure. Conclusions:D-7-ACA Can be used to compond cephalosporin antibiotics.
