摘要
A single dose of 2000mg tinidazole capsule or tablet was given to 8 healthy male volunteers in a randomized cross over study. The tinidazole concentration in serum were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. It was found that the serum concentration-time curves of the two preparations were fitted to a one-compartment model. Tmax of capsule and tablet were 2. 07±2. 37 hour and 1. 43±1. 28 hour,Cmax 48. 44±6. 33ug/ml and 47. 07±4.55ug/ml,T1/2 13.60±1.58 hour and 12. 42±1.88 hour,AUC 1 039. 68±132. 65 (ug·h)/ml and 901. 83±109. 39(ug·h)/ml respectively. There were no significant differences in such pharmacokintic parameters as Cmax,Tmax and T1/2 between the two preparations (P0. 05),while the difference between the quantity of AUC was significant (P0. 01). The relative bioavailability of capsule was 115. 66%. The results suggested that the capsule had a higher bioavailability than tablet.
