Experimental study on ultrafiltration for drinking water purification

The result shows the performance of UF in the removal of turbidity, bacteria and organic matters characterized by TOC and UV 254 . The permeate turbidity stays 0 05 NTU; the bacteria removal is higher than 99 %; the removal of TOC and that of UV 254 are 11 % and 27 % respectively.
