摘要
We experimentally showcase an adiabatic polarization-splitter-rotator on a monolithic SiPh platform with a ~-0.42dB TM insertion-loss and <0.1dB polarization-dependent-loss across the O-band, complemented by a polarization extinction surpassing 45dB.
