摘要
In the process of cigarette production, the number of filter rods per tray of plastic grids is different from the number of standard trays, and there are many defects in manual counting. In this paper, a filter rod counting system based on image acquisition and recognition is designed. The hardware part of the system is a movable trolley box, which is used to place cameras, plastic grids and industrial computers; the algorithm of the software part adopts the smoothing processing of median filtering, morphological processing and image binarization processing, and output after counting analysis. Experimental results show that the system can accurately count the filter rods.
