Active component determination of Ginkgo biloba from five Introduced Varieties in Hanzhong

Objective: To research the content of flavonoids and lactones in different varieties of Ginkgo biloba, which can provided reference for the introduction and planting ginkgo in Hanzhong. Methods: Quantitative detection of flavonoids and lactones in five different varieties of Ginkgo biloba. The quality was evaluated by data normalization. Results: The contents of Flavonoids in the Hanzhong-Dameihe, Hubei-Dameihe, Jiangsu-Gaoyou Y-2, Hubei-Hailu No.1, and Shandong-Zhongmaling were 1.645 %、1.830 %、1.702 %、1.596 %、1.615 %. The content of Ginkgolides were 0.380 %, 0.402 %, 0.454 %, 0.409 %, 0.338 %.Conclusion:5 kinds of Ginkgo biloba have good adaptability in Hanzhong, especially, Gaoyou Y-2 has high content of flavonoids and lactones, which can be cultivated and promoted.
