摘要
Objective: To analyze the antituberculosis of baicalin on mycobacterium tuberculosis by antimicrobial susceptibility testing in vitro. Methods: The bacteriostatic action of baicalin on mycobacterium tuberculosis was detected by absolute consistence method of Lowenstein-Jensen. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of baicalin on 37 strains of mycobacterium tuberculosis was 1.5 g/L, and the maximum inhibitory concentration was 48 g/L. MIC90 was 12 g/L. MIC75 and MIC50 were 6 g/L. The number of drug sensitive mycobacterium tuberculosis was most in 6 g/L MIC, and decreased progressively with MIC value changed to both sides of the descending. There was not relevance between the strain number of mild drug resistance to mycobacterium tuberculosis and the MIC value. The number of ethambutal (EMB) mild resistance strain was increased progressively with MIC value changed from low to high. The number of rifampicin (RFP) mild resistance strain was decreased progressively with MIC changed from low to high. Conclusion: There is antituberculosis of ba icalin on mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitra.
