Stability Analysis of the Ortho-arched Structure

The stability problem of the ortho-arched structure is studied with the nonlinear finite element method in this paper.The main research includes structural integrated stability performance and member stability calculation.The effects of initial imperfections,material nonlinearity,unsymmetrical distribution of loads and geometrical parameters on structural integrated stability performance are discussed.From the discussions,some useful conclusions are drawn,and may give a reference on how to analyze the stability of similar structures.
