Percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment of complicated stone efficacy and safety of kidney stones

Objective To investigate the effects of Pereutaneous Nephrolithotomy in complexity kidney stones.Methods 40 patients of complexity kidney stones,the guidance by B ultrasound,all these cases are applied Pereutaneous nePhrolithotomy.Results 40 patients one-time stone-free are 32 cases,8 cases in the other are 2 times stone-free successful,The average operation time is 80～150 minutes.Postoperative review,the stone-free rate is 80%(32cases),8 cases of residual.Conclusion It is valuable about pereutaneous nePhrolithotomy in complexity kidney stones,the advantage of small trauma,definite effect,little bleeding and rapid recovery.Suggest further promotion in clinical.
