Study on Processing Technology of Chitosan Filaments

The chitosan filaments can be formed through extruding chitosan into the dilute sodium hydroxide solution.A 0.35mol/L acetic acid was used as solvent to make up 6.9310-5mol/L chitosan solution,which was coagulated in 1.25mol/L sodium hydroxide solution,then the chitosan filaments were heated and dried in oven at 40.The tensile strength formed chitosan filaments is 4.81 MPa.
