Preliminary discussion on the adverse effect sof captopril in clinic

Objective To study the adverse effect of captopril and its solutions in clinic.Methods The cases which has some adverse effect when using captopril were analyzed.Results The adverse effect of captopril took place occasionally, but it occupied only a small part of all captopril cases, and was related to the factors of drug dosage, individual difference, administration time, the patient’s systemic conditions and concomitant symptom.Conclusion Captopril should be used rationally according to the symptoms of patients in clinic to achieve better effecs.
