Thermo design and simulation analysis of radar electronic enclosure

It first introduces two schemes of designing a radar electronic enclosure.As for the enclosure with cooling ribs out,a heat exchange calculation of the cooling ribs is made,a thermo simulation analysis of the enclosure and PCB plug-in units that exchange heat by transmission is carried on,and a discussion is conducted of the influence of wedge lockage,electricity-conducting cushions and the layout of power chips on heat dissipation;at the same time,a heat-exchange calculation and thermo simulation analysis of the enclosure with cooling ribs in and the power unit which exchanges heat by convection are provided.
