An Analysis of Status and Trends of the International Microbial Fuel Cells on Bibliometrics

Based on the information platform of ISI Web of Knowledge and TDA,Cite Space,Pajek analytics software, this article compared and analyzed the theses of microbial fuel cells in Science Citation Index( Expanded) from 2000 to 2011 in different aspects. Several aspects of the related papers were discussed on the distribution of papers in countries and regions,the main related research institutions,the distribution of journals,and the classic literatures. Then it discussed the status and trends of international microbial fuel cells on bibliometrics in recent years.
