Study on corrosion and antiscaling mechanism of polyaspartic acid by spectrophotometric method

Polyaspartic acid is a new type water treatment agent.This paper studied the UV spectrum of polyaspartic acid(PASP),zinc-polyaspartic acid(Zn-PASP),calcium-polyaspartic acid(Ca-PASP).The corrosion-inhibiting and anti-scaling mechanisms of the mixture of polyaspartic acid and zinc were discussed.
