摘要
A method for accumulation and separation of algae peptide toxins by solid phase extraction (SPE) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was studied. Oscillatoria amoena was selected as objectives, the optimum procedure for destroying their cells was investigated to release the peptide toxin from the cells completely, then the toxin was enriched by SPE. The HPLC conditions are: C-18 reverse phase column (5 mum 250 X 4.6 mm I. D.), 32% acetonitrile/pH 7.0 0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate aqueous solution as mobile phase at flow rate of 1 mL/min. Under the above conditions, oscillatoria amoena can be separated very well.
