The effect of circuit training on body fat, fitness, and cardiovascular risk factor in menopause woman

Circuit training has beneficial effects on cardiovascular disease and its risk factors and has also been shown to improve flow-mediated vasodilation and alleviate inflammation. The aim of this study is to investigate weather 8week of moderate intensity circuit training would induce and sustain improvements in body fat, health related fitness and cardiocvascular risk factors obesity menopause. Participants were randomized to either group 1(circuit, n=18), group 2(control group, n=15). Eight week circuit program intermediate intensity of resistance circuit per week 3times, 70minute. Before and after a eight week period, all subjects were evaluated by anthropometric measurement, bodyfat, health relate fitness, and cardiovascular fisk factors. After a eight week circuit training period, in the circuit group showed significant improvement in bodyfat, muscle strength, flexibility but cardiovascular fisk factors were not significant. Both aerobic an resistance exercise improved fitness and reduced body fat also the change associated with metabolic syndrome in menopause women. And we are resulted in improvement in the body fat, health related fitness and HDL-c in menopause women participant compared pre and after. Therefore, aerobic and resistance with complex exercise training should be recommended for menopause women.
