Implementation and Applications of an Optical Hybrid Switching

We propose implementation methods to realize an optical hybrid switching combining OCS(Optical Circuit Switching)/OBS(Optical Burst Switching) and indicate the necessity of testbed. Then we discuss how to use optical hybrid switching for various applications.
