Principal-Agent in Government Procurement and Its Model-Test

In government procurement,the problems existing in principal-agent result in the malfunction of principal-agent in government procurement.The paper studies the government procurement conspiracy under the condition of asymmetrical information by using the principal-agent theory of information economics and the principal-agent model,and puts forwards the countermeasures of the malfunction of principal-agent in government procurement from three aspects.
