Clinic Study on 64 Oesophagus Carcinoma Patients Treated with PF Regimens Chrono-chemotherapy

Objective We compared oesophagus carcinoma treated with radiotherapy and PF regimens chemotherapy which was divided to chronochemotherapy and common-chemotherapy.Then we studied the effect and side effect.Methods All patients were treated with radiotherapy and PF regimens chemotherapy.They were divided to chrono-chemotherapy and common-chemotherapy.After that,we observed the side effects and re-examined them to know how the cancers were controled.Results Chrono-chemotherapy does better to reduce the common side effects and to raise treatment effects than common-chemotherapy.Conclusion Patients are benefited from chrono-chemotherapy.Their side effects are reduced,but their life qualities are improved Their treatment effects are raised.
