Study on extraction of malfunction features of rolling bearing based on independent component and wavelet energy

Based on the distribution characteristics of vibration signal of rolling bearing and the advantages of wavelet analysis,the wavelet energy was proposed to serve as diagnostic criterion for extracting malfunction features of rolling bearing.However,actually acquired data includes other mechanical vibration and malfunction energy.To solve this problem and improve the extraction precision of malfunction features of rolling bearing,an approach of extracting malfunction features of rolling bearing based on independent component and wavelet energy was offered.This method is experimentally proved to be effective and has a great application potential.
