The analysis of the lubrication characteristics in the draw-forming of the sheet

The lubrication model was verified through analyzing the simulation of deep drawing.The molding characteristic of the deep drawn parts was discussed by using film lubrication theory.The lubrication model was derived and the simulation done by the software of ETA/Dynaform was carried on this basis.Finally,the result was analyzed to study the changes of thickness of the lubricant film,finding the optimum range of the viscosity of the lubricant to guide the production.
