Observation on Treating Effect for Peptic Ulcer with JingHua WeiKang Capsules "Triple" Therapy

Objective:To observe the efficacy of triple therapy for peptic ulcer(PU) with JingHua WeiKang capsules combined lansoprazole,furazolidone,amoxicillin and the effect of eradicating helicobacter pylori(Hp).Method:128 patients of peptic ulcer with helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection-positive were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group had 68 cases and the control group had 60 cases,the control group received lansoprazole 20mg,2 times 1 day,orally;furazolidone 100mg,AMo XiLin 500 mg,3 times 1 day,orally.Based on the control group,the treatment group were added JingHua WeiKang capsules,160 mg,3 times1day,orally.A course contained 4～8 weeks.Observed the situation of ulcer healing rate and H.pylori eradication rate between two groups before and after treatment.Result:The ulcer healing rate of the treatment group and the control group were 91.2% and 88.7%,no significant difference(P0.05),the H.pylori eradication rates were 94.5% and 86.7%,had significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:The treatment for peptic ulcer with JingHua WeiKang capsules combined lansoprazole,furazolidone,amoxicillin not only has a better ulcer healing rate,also can increase the H.Pylori clearance rate,this therapy is effective and worthy to be popularized in clinical.
