摘要
Objective Traditional hepatitis B virus marker in serum is a common index to detect hepatitis B virus in our country, but there is a lack for detecting traditional HBV-M in the copying stage of the virus. In this research, the effect of Pre-S1 antigen in judging hepatitis B virus infected and copying was analyzed. Methods HBV-M and Pre-S1 antigen were detected with ELISA,HBV DNA with real time fluorescence quantification reaction and ALT was measured with rate metry.Results(1)There were 34 Pre-S1 antigen positive cases in 787 normal ALT cases,2 HBsAg(+)case detected by HBV-M,1 HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)cases,7 HBsAg(+)、HBeAg(+)、HBcAb(+)cases,18 HBsAg(+)、HBeAb(+)、HBcAb(+)cases,4 HBsAg(+)、HBcAb(+)cases,35 HBV DNA(+)cases. The results detected by the three methods were highly accordant. There was no significant diversity.(2)(Ⅰ group)the accordance between HBeAg(+)/HBeAb(-)and Pre-S1 antigen(+),HBeAg(+)and HBV DNA(+)was separately 90.1% and 93.6%.The accordance of(Ⅱ group)HBeAg(-)/HBeAb(+)and(Ⅲ group)HBeAg(-)/HBeAb(-)between Pre-S1 antigen(+)and HBV DNA(+)was separately 78.2%,86.7% and 62.9%,77.7%.Judging HBV copying in the standard of HBV DNA≥103 copy/ml.There was a significant diversity between Pre-S1 antigen(+)and HBV DNA(+)(in the standard of HBV DNA≥103 copy/ml)to HBeAg(+)(P0.05),however there was no significant diversity between the later(P0.05).Conclus-ion Pre-S1 antigen is an important indicate in HBV early diagnosis and HBV copying.
