摘要
Ruthenium oxide and manganese dioxide were prepared via electrodeposition and chemical oxidation.The electrochemical tests of cyclic voltammetry(CV) and charged-discharged at constant current show that ruthenium oxide exhibits higher electrochemical reversibility and pseudocapacitance characteristics than manganese dioxide,which is due to its excellent quasi-metallic conductivity and a fast,successive and reversible faradaic reactions occurring on the surface of ruthenium oxide.XRD exhibit that both ruthenium oxide and manganese dioxides are amorphous structure.XPS measurement indicates that the ruthenium oxide consists of mixed oxyruthenium species with various oxidation states.
