Characteristics and control factors of shallow geothermal field in Yinchuan city

In order to investigate the distribution characteristics of the shallow geothermal field and control factors in Yinchuan city,the combination method of automatic and artificial is used to monitor the hole temperature of 90~200 m underground in Yinchuan.Data show that the area average geothermal gradient is 1.5~4 ℃/100 m within 200 m,higher geothermal gradient value is located in middle part of plain from north to south,it’s distribution characteristic is basically consistent with major concealed activity fault.Research show that Yinchuan fault is control factor for the distribution of the shallow geothermal field,is the main factor for the unusual of the shallow geothermal.
