The Influence on the Compound II of Hemoglobin with Hydrogen Peroxide by Various pH Buffer

With Hb as mimetic peroxidase in various pH buffer it was studied that the ks and t1/2 of the compound Ⅱwere associated with the pH of buffer, and the half-life period of the compound Ⅱ was the shortest at pH5. 0 where the catalytic reaction rate of the whole was the highest.
