WTO and China Openness to the Outside

China is confronted with a new turn of openness to the outside in the new historical period. Joinning it will shock some trades, but the basic rules of WTO coincide with our openness goal,therefore,joining in WTO will make the openness process irreversible, and it will propel Chinese openness through learning and using the unified international rules and drawing up new strategies.
