Sintering Temperature and Dielectric Characteristics of BaSn_xTi_(1-x)O_3 Nanometre Powder

A series of BaSnxTi1-xO3 solid solutions with an average particle diameter of 60nm were synthesized by means Of soft chemicalmethod The sintering temperature and dielectric characteristics were studied. The results of test showed that adulterating with Sn in pureBaTiO3 obvously improved the dielectric constant at normal temperature. The sintering temperature of ceramic body was 1200℃
