摘要
Background: in asthma. Methods: and high mobility group box 1 (HMGB1) was assessed by using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and western blot. Results: expression, ultimately inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). Conclusions: related GSH metabolism is as a new mechanism of asthma, providing a potential therapeutic target.
