摘要
Waste soda residue is an industrial waste produced during the production of soda ash by the ammonia-soda method, which forms a mountain of waste soda residue after a large amount of accumulation. The waste soda residue, which is industrial waste, is mixed with other materials to make engineering soil, which can be used as a road foundation or large-area padding material. The fly ash is a waste material which is used legally in China. In this paper, the physical and mechanical properties of mixture of soda waste and fly ash were studied through laboratory experiments, and the possibility of padding was explored through indoor reinforcement experiments, and used as backfill soil in large-area foundation treatment projects. The effect was evaluated, and it is considered that mixture of soda waste and fly ash can be used as engineering backfill soil to solve the problems of waste soda residue accumulation and pollution.
