Magnetic sensitive sensors are sensors that can measure changes in their own magnetic properties by converting them into electrical signals. Due to their small size and high precision, magnetic sensitive sensors are increasingly used in fields such as power systems, military, and oil exploration. However, the unknown wideband characteristics of magnetic sensitive sensors often lead to difficulties in accurately measuring high-frequency signals. To address the wideband testing problem of magnetic sensitive sensors, this paper takes TMR sensors as an example and studies wideband calibration methods, builds a wideband testing platform, and conducts wideband testing experiments. The results prove that the wideband testing platform can effectively evaluate the wideband characteristics of magnetic sensitive sensors.
