Retrospective analysis of clinical features of liver injury induced by levofloxacin

Hepatotoxicity is an uncommon but severe adverse effect associated with levofloxacin. Immediate discontinuation of levofloxacin is warranted if there is a rapid increase in aminotransferase levels or the emergence of hepatitis symptoms.
