Research Progress of Polymer Derived Boron Nitride Ceramic Materials

Boron nitride ceramic is a new type of ceramic material,which has excellent properties and unlimited development potential.But the traditional method of high-temperature synthesis can not prepare high-quality BN fibers,films,foams,coatings and composites.While polymer derived boron nitride ceramics can realize it.The polymer derived nitride ceramics are briefly described,polymer derived BN ceramic fibers and BN ceramic composite materials are emphatically summarized.
