Design of multi-cavity die casting die with pin-point gate

A multi-cavity die casting die with pin-point gate and two-step parting structure mounted on horizontal cold chamber die casting machine was presented.The setting of gat ing system and the die structure can make the gating system fall off on its own.Mean while,the related parameters of gating system were determined through the theoretical cal culation.
