Research on Calculation Method of China' s Mining Land Reclamation Deposit

The level of the mining land reclamation deposit is the core and key of land reclamation deposit system.This paper selects a mining land reclamation deposit method suitable for China to estimate mining land reclamation deposit.We find that the estimated deposit does not have a unified standard with various levels in different regions.The optimal land reclamation deposit level is the cost of land reclamation,thus the standard should be based on reclamation costs.The paper concludes with some policy recommendations.
