Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of the postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage in cervical vertebrae surgery.Methods 6 cases of the postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage in anterior approach cervical surgery data were processed by retrospective analysis.Results Through repairing dura mater or blocking up leakage in operation,general treatment and continuous drainage outside the dura mater through paraincision postoperative,all cases were cured between 7 days to 16 days,no unhealing incision and centrale nervouse system infection and cerebrospinal fluid cyst occurred.Conclusion Almost all cerebrospinal fluid leakage can be cured by repairing dura mater or blocking up leakage in operation,regular conservative treatment or continuous drainage outside the dura mater after operation.
