Study on the screening of culture medium formula for Pleurotus eryngii

The effects of different media on mycelium growth of Pleurotus eryngii were studied in this paper. The results showed that the effects of various media on mycelium growth rate are different. The mother culture media on which the mycelia grew fastest are formula 6 and formula 4. It is on the formula 1 of stock culture medium that the mycelium growth rate was the fastest, but the optimal formula of stock culture medium in mushroom production are formula 7 and formula 8.
