Preparation of Loganin Reference Substance from Fructus Corni.

Objective In order to determine the content of loganin in Fructus Corni.and control the quality of products.Methods Loganin was isolated and purified by macroporous resin,silica gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC.The chemical structure of loganin was identified by13CNMR.Result The purity of loganin was higher than 98% by normalization method of HPLC.Conclusion The method is simple and practicable,by which loganin can be used as reference substance for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of Chinese herbal medicine.
