The Preparation of Inclusion Compound of β-cyclodextrin with Volatile Oil of Fructus Litseae

The preparation procedure of inclusion compound of β cyclodextrin with volatile oil of Fructus Litseae was studied by orthogonal experiment design. The optimum preparation conditions were a proportion of 1∶8 (ml∶g) for oil to β cyclodextrin, a proportion of 1∶5 (g∶ml) for β cyclodextrin to water, stirring for 2 hours at 35℃.
