PROGRESS OF STUDIES ON THE MAIN ACTIVE SUBSTANCES AND SUBMERGED FERMENTATION TECHNOLOGY OF GANODERMA LUCIDUM

Ganoderma lucidum is famous for the medicinal fungi and new food resources, the main active substances and submerged fermentation technology of Ganoderma lucidum had already many systematic and in-depth studies at home and abroad. In this paper, Ganoderma lucidum main active substances Ganoderma polysaccharides, Ganoderma triterpenoids and Ganoderma submerged fermentation technology of the latest research results were reviewed.
