Corporate Governance Under Frames of Different Theories: With Discussion of China State-owned Enterprises

In this paper, on the analysis of the different corporate governance, we have found out that every theory has its limits on the governance of China state-owned enterprises. And then we put forward our suggestions; the reforms of China state-owned enterprises must follow the path of system evolution.
