Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)is an essential regulator of angiogenesis and vascular permeability,specifically combines with vascular endothelial cell(VEC),maintains normal vascular structure,increases permeability of the vascular and promotes angiogenesis.VEGF is low expressed in the normal adult human and animal tissue,but hight expressed in metabolic and euangiotic tissue.
