摘要
The results of two years'experiments showed that the Rht8 semi-dwarf gene had significant positive effect on aboveground biomass comparing with Rht10 and Rht12 dwarf genes, but had negative effects on spike length. The development period of the line carrying Rht8 gene, with early maturity, was closer to the varieties released currently. So,it had high adaptability to different environments and was more conducive to the formation of yield components.Rht10 dwarf gene had the strongest negative effect on plant height.Because the internodes were shortened too much, resulting in above-ground biomass largely decreased,so that the nutrition ″source″ of grain formation was small and was not conducive to high yield of wheat.Dwarf gene Rht12 had significantly positive effect on shortten plant height than Rht8 seim dwarf gene, but the line with Rht12 also had lower aboveground biomass, late maturity and was not suited to the environmental conditions,so that the increase of grain yield may be affected.
