Design of High-Order Microring Resonator-Based Chebyshev Wavelength Filter Using Digital Filter Design Method

We propose a digital filter design method for a Chebyshev filter based on a high-order microring resonator (MRR). This method enables us to much more easily design an MRR Chebyshev filter with a desired 3 dB wavelength bandwidth and free spectral range, as compared with conventional design methods.
