摘要
According to the production process and technological characteristics of prefabricated components, the production scheduling problem of prefabricated components under the just-in-time production mode is studied. The production scheduling model of prefabricated components is established considering the constraints of workers' working time, mold resources and the capacity of curing kiln. The model is solved based on the improved discrete cuckoo search algorithm. Then, the empirical analysis is carried out according to the production data of a prefabricated component manufacturing enterprise. By comparing the improved discrete cuckoo algorithm with genetic algorithm, the effectiveness and superiority of the discrete cuckoo search algorithm are verified, which can help the prefabricated component manufacturing enterprises to make production scheduling plans reasonably and efficiently.
