New distribution records with their biogeographic significance of some Palaearctic stoneflies (Insecta: Plecoptera) from China

This paper reports the first records of Pteronarcys reticulata (Burmeister, 1839) and Capnia sidimiensis Zhiltzova, 1979 from China. Capnia zijinshana Du & Chen, 2016, Nemoura fusiformis Chen & Du, 2017, and Filchneria zhouchangfai (Chen, 2020), previously reported from south of the Yangtze River in China, have also been found in the Huaihe River Basin, which is considered the northern boundary of the transitional zone between the Palaearctic and Oriental regions. Pteronarcys sachalina Klapálek, 1908 is reported for the first time from the southern bank of the Heilongjiang River in China.
