On the basis of optimal allocation theory of water resources,optimal allocation model of water resources in Harbin is established by linear programming,and then model parameters are determined.Optimal allocation program of water resources in Harbin is calculated by real-coded genetic algorithm.Finally,sustainable utilization countermeasures of water resources in Harbin is proposed.This research results can play a positive role on synthetically managing water resources in Harbin,at the same time,it will also be of great significance for solving the problem of inadequate water resources and water pollution.
